All packages are sent via Xend, thus FD™ | Web Store is not in control of the delivery speed.
You are expected to receive your package within these days from the date we ship your package out:
- 2-3 working days to Metro Manila
- 3-5 working days to Provincial
If no one is to accept the package at the specified shipping address, Xend will give you a call and return for delivery. You can track your order with your Xend tracking number.
If you wish to deliver gifts to a different address, click ‘SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS’ and fill in with the desired shipping address. Changing of shipping address after payment HAS BEEN done is unacceptable.
How much is the shipping charge?
We ship all over the Philippines, and the shipping charge depends on your delivery address; Mertro Manila or Philippine Province. Make sure to indicate the correct Zip code for your freight charge computation.
How to exchange a product
Please note that when you return a product for exchange, it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your exchange. Furthermore, a detailed description of the problem is necessary – if you have a claim.

It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the exchange within 48 hours.
Exchange only policy
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong size, faulty or missing product), please send us a mail, including your order number and a picture as proof of the wrong or faulty product.
Simply return the unused product(s) in its original and unbroken packaging within 5 days of purchase for a product exchange. Same or higher amount is needed for the exchange to happen.
Shipping fees will be shouldered by the customer. No refunds will be made.
All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentations and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain an exchange.
FD™ | Web Store maintains full ownership of the products until delivery has been done.
If stock limit is reached, some orders may possibly be cancelled. We will have to contact you and offer a different item instead.
