Purchasing from FD™ | Web Store is easy:
If you know what you are looking for, use the ALL ITEMS, CLOTHING, SHOES, ACCESSORIES and SALE links.
Once you have found an item, select your size and use the ‘ADD TO SHOPPING BAG’ button underneath. Or add it to your WISHLIST by clicking the star icon for your future reference.
Review the items in your shopping bag by selecting the ‘SHOPPING BAG’ icon at the right top of the page.
You can use the ‘VIEW SHOPPING BAG’ link to delete items from your shopping bag.
Click on ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE’ to complete your order.
You don’t need an account to complete a purchase. However, subscribing to FD™ | Web Store account makes your shopping easier!

We accept MasterCard and Visa cards through Paypal.
When selecting Paypal option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to FLYINGDUTCHMAN.PH. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.
Philippine bank deposits are also available through BDO and BPI.
When selecting BDO or BPI Direct Bank transfer option at checkout, you will be notified with our bank deposit details and instructions on how to settle payments. You only have 2 (Two) banking days to accomplish.
At FD™ | Web Store, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems.
One address per each transaction only. Shipping to multiple locations needs separate orders for each address.
XEND, our official courier, is responsible for the insurance of items against theft and accidental damage while in transit fromFD™ | Web Store head quarters to the shipping address. Once items have been delivered and signed for, they are no longer covered by XEND.
Adding items to an existing order is unacceptable. If you want to add more items and be delivered altogether, you have to cancel it first and place a new order form as you require.
We’ll make sure to get your package out of our store within the day of purchase. For Saturday and Sunday purchases, your package will be dispatched on Monday. Estimated delivery times are shipping guide only, FD™ | Web Store is not responsible for any delays of XEND.
Once order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.
If you are registered, you will be able to track the status of your package by signing in and selecting ‘My Account’ followed by ‘My Orders’ and click on the order number.
If not registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by visiting ‘Order Tracking’ then input ‘Order Id’ and ‘Billing Email’. Sign up now to avoid doing this again.
